Location just next door to numerous restaurants, a Wallmart, and east of Lake Ray Hubbard, Lake Ray Hubbard and shopping places. Cheap and tidy room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven😃

The spacious room was perfect for my large family, and my kid loved the mini fridge for snacks! We enjoyed exploring nearby parks where we could all stretch our legs and let loose after a long drive.

For dads, it would be great if there were more dining options nearby.

The King Room I stayed in was a mixed bag. It was nice and clean on the inside, a relief since the building looked a bit run down from the outside. But I could tell it was older with some wear and tear. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and I got a good night's sleep. But be warned, the AC was off when I got there, so it took a bit to cool down. No real perks like a fridge or microwave, but it did the job for a quick stay.

The King Room was spacious, and I appreciated the free WiFi. The bedding was comfortable, and I enjoyed the selection of cable channels available, including ESPN and HBO. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer.

Our rooms were comfortable, and it was nice to have a microwave and mini-fridge. We visited the nearby Y for some fun activities and explored local parks. It's perfect for a short trip. Just remember, don't expect anything fancy but it's good value for the price!

One downside was the poor lighting in the room, a bit harder to relax. It wasn't too big of a deal, but worth mentioning .
